Primary Functions:

Execute requirements for the assigned program area based on priority and urgency of situation.
Coordinates and interface with all members and provided required compliance reporting.
Documents lessons learned to improve the implementation of any follow-on project phases or future implementations.
Submit and manage procurement requests and research locations of parts needed.
Perform physical receipt of goods and validate shipping against packing slip.
This includes NAVSUP (Naval Supply Systems Command), MSC (Military Sealift Command), NAVSEA Logistics (Naval Sea Systems Command Logistics) systems and deliveries in addition to capital equipment deliveries.
Perform receipt of goods in the eProcurement system within 72 hours of physical delivery.
Coordinate deliveries and vendor managed pars (e.g. linen) with contracted suppliers.
Deliver equipment and supplies to the supply closets. Rotate and stock product as needed based on a first in, first out model.

Education/Experience/Skills:

U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have 8 years of experience in a role executing supply inventory management for federal customers.
BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience overseeing and executing global supply requests and deliveries to OCONUS locations.
Must have experience resourcing parts for manufactures and requesting specific individualized units that may need to be replicated.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing growth environment.
Unwavering professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive company/employee information.
