Synectic Solutions, Inc. is growing and we want YOU to come make a difference and join a dynamic, fast paced team as an IT & SharePoint Administrator supporting the corporate team in Camarillo, CA. 

Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Administration:
    • Maintain and support SharePoint environments, including site creation, permissions, and configurations.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement SharePoint workflows, document libraries, and list management.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues promptly.
  • IT Support:
    • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Configure and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
    • Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement:
    • Assist in evaluating and integrating new technologies and tools to enhance business operations.
    • Provide training and technical guidance to employees on SharePoint and IT systems.
    • Document IT and SharePoint processes, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in IT support and SharePoint administration.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
    • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure is a plus.
    • Current Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • A proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies.

Synectic Solutions, Inc. is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
